HEALTHCARE · AI WORKFLOW
Clinical rounds generate spoken observations, images, working notes, and follow-up decisions that can be difficult to turn into consistent documentation without duplicating work.
We designed a workflow that captures voice, photos, and typed notes, structures the encounter, produces an AI-assisted draft, suggests coding context, and maintains an audit trail. The clinician can review, edit, approve, and export the final record, keeping professional judgment at the center of the workflow.

FINANCIAL SERVICES · GENAI
Compliance teams must interpret changing regulations while connecting those changes to internal policies, controls, products, and institutional data. The work is slow when sources are fragmented or difficult to trace.
We defined a GenAI-enabled approach that brings regulatory sources and internal context into a governed analysis workflow. Retrieval and comparison support issue identification, while source traceability and human review keep findings grounded before summaries, impact assessments, or recommended actions move downstream.

FINANCIAL SERVICES · DATA PLATFORM
Business and investment teams can be slowed by fragmented databases, manual exports, inconsistent definitions, and reporting layers that do not scale with data growth or new analytical needs.
We designed target-state cloud data architectures around authoritative sources, governed pipelines, access controls, data-quality monitoring, and self-service analysis. The work included migration planning, source-to-target mapping, workflow automation, reporting modernization, and phased cutover so the platform could evolve without treating the move as a simple database swap.

CAPITAL MARKETS · CLOUD MODERNIZATION
Time-sensitive pricing and risk workloads must complete reliably within narrow market windows, even when legacy infrastructure, data movement, and analytical code make scaling difficult.
We modernized the architecture around cloud data services and elastic compute, with attention to the full analytical path: data ingestion, model execution, R/Python/Spark workloads, performance tuning, shared data, and operational monitoring. The design supports intensive pre-market processing without tying capacity to a fixed legacy footprint.

PAYMENTS · PRODUCT PLATFORM
Installment products must coordinate offers and eligibility across issuers, lenders, merchants, payment providers, channels, and regional rules without creating a different product stack for every market.
We shaped the product and technology architecture around reusable offer flows, partner integration, consistent data structures, regional policy logic, and an extensible platform layer. The model supports product expansion while keeping commercial, regulatory, and analytical data organized for downstream reporting and AI-enabled use cases.

MOBILITY · VIDEO / AI / CLOUD
Safety systems in moving vehicles must capture useful evidence despite interrupted connectivity, limited device storage, changing ride state, and the need for rapid incident review.
We built an end-to-end mobile and cloud workflow spanning ride-triggered recording, continuous audio/video capture, on-device state and storage, cloud upload, live broadcast, playback, location, panic alerts, evidence review, and operational reporting. Machine learning and computer vision capabilities can enrich the workflow with behavior, distraction, privacy, and media-processing functions.
Connect the device, cloud, video, data, and operations layers into one safety workflow rather than treating recording as a standalone feature.
